ATAC is 20 minutes from Colombo International Airport just off the Airport highway & is only 30 minutes from the City of Colombo. You will be surprised by the silence – how quiet it is – giving you a feeling you are hundreds of miles away from city clamour. ATAC is sited on the famous & historic Silk Route with Hamilton Canal on one side & Negambo Lagoon’s backwater on the rear. Either way dingy, hired motor boats or home made barrel rafts will get you into thrills of shallow & safe waterways. Whole land is organic with no agrochemicals used. It is addic free – no liquor or tobacco.

Fish abound in both places. Inside ATAC, if you don’t mind getting muddied you can pick 2 foot fish (Loola) with the help of our marine guides. If not we provide you professional fishing rods to suit your angler tastes to go on water or by the waterside to do your fishing. The snakehead murrel (Channa striata), is a species of snakehead fish. It is also known as the … India; and Loola ලූලා in Sri Lanka; pla chon.

Low rope course & activity tower provide unending thrills. In time mid & high rope thrills will be installed.

Trekking thru virgin Mangrove jungle within premises where fauna flora abound.

On site is a 3 roomed (air con) two storey bungalow with attached well appointed bathrooms. Bungalow is overlooking the waters of the Mangrove jungle. Kitchenette with food stocked, Microwave cooker Refrigerator provides for you to cook on your own. Alternately food can be ordered from our Kitchen. When it is season you will have Sri Lanka’s best mango (Karthakolomban) available to be plucked with your own hand. We assure you the world’s best Caramel pudding served by Aunty Manjula. You can have the most authentic Sri Lankan cuisine with cinnamon, cloves, cardamom & many other herbs spicing up your food. Larger building with more aircon rooms are also available.

Golden Orion, kingfisher, many kinds of crane, many kinds of woodpeckers, parrots & many other birds abound.

Swimming pool access & North Colombo’s golden sandy beaches are only 5 minutes away. (drive provided free)

Whale watching & Dolphins in Kalpitiya & Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage are 2 hours away. You have the advantage of not having to go thru Colombo’s traffic (Extra charges apply).
